The Foundation and the Karić Brothers Foundation signed an agreement

On behalf of the Foundation of St. Andrew the First-Called the cooperation agreement was signed by Vladimir Yakunin as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation. On behalf of the Karić Brothers Foundation the agreement was signed by Dragomir Karić, its founder and head, Deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and Doctor of Philosophy.

As soon as the signing ceremony had been over Vladimir Yakunin, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Foundation of St. Andrew the First-Called, said some words to participants: “The Foundation has been collaborating with Serbian friends for a long time. When we traveled to Kosovo and Metohija during Christmas time, when we welcomed children from Kosovo and Metohija in Russia. At that time we invited 500 children to Russia. And today, as we’ve been told, not more than 50 of those kids live in Kosovo and Metohija. The situation is very difficult. But we will always hope that our nations will be together, that Serbian people will preserve their culture. We would like to wish you much success and well-being. You can rely on us just like you can rely on your friends”.

In his speech Dragomir Karić said: “That is true, we have been collaborating for a long time. And it is important to document it. Also we should make strategic plans in order to preserve the values that are shared by our nations”.

The event took 2 days, this year it was dedicated to the theme “Family in life of young generation: issues, practices and opportunities”. 400 participants from 11 countries: Russia, Serbia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Italy, China, Poland, USA, Georgia and Montenegro attended the Forum this year.
